## What this is not
The WhatsApp Template Pack and related resources are not:
- a live app- live automation- a WhatsApp integration- a guarantee of leads, sales, replies, or business results- legal, accounting, tax, financial, employment, or compliance advice- a replacement for your own judgement or professional advice
You remain responsible for checking, editing, approving, and sending any customer messages.
## No automatic customer messages
Our templates do not send messages to your customers automatically.
If you use any template or AI-assisted wording, you are responsible for reviewing it before sending.
Do not promise pricing, availability, completion times, guarantees, or technical outcomes unless you are sure they are correct for your business.
## Acceptable use
You agree not to use our resources to:

## Payments and refunds
If a paid version of a product is offered later, the payment and refund terms shown at the time of purchase will apply.
